WORKS: PREFABRICATED FOUNDATIONS

The challenge was to develop a solution to support containerised package plant in multiple separate locations across large scale commercial solar projects. The solution should be quickly deployed and be ready for service within days of starting. Previous solutions had involved mass concrete, requiring out-of-ground formwork and a heavy reliance on the weather. Enrgy, along with our design partner, provided an off the shelf solution using “lego” concrete blocks. The solution has been deployed across a range of ground types at numerous locations and has been a great success where time on site and time to completion are becoming a critical aspect within the wider success of the site.
